Webmozart Assert

Assert is one of the most used assertion libraries of PHP. It works from PHP 5.3 up to PHP 8.0-dev. It even has integrations for psalm.

I have been helping maintaining this lirbary since june 2018. Currently the other maintainer is Tobias Nyholm.
